Information we collect about you
You understand that basically the three general ways we collect information are information you provide to us, information we get by your use of the Introze App, and information we receive from third parties.We may collect personal information that can identify you such as your name and email address, and we may also collect non-identifying information that does not identify you. We may collect this information through a website or a mobile application. By using the Introze App, you are authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data related to the provision of the Introze App.
In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using the Introze App. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. Also, this may include your bank account and routing number if you set up your bank account to receive payments from other Introze users and also your credit card or debit card information linked to your Introze account if you set up your account to send payments to other Introze users.
Introze will seek permission from you to collect and sync the names, email addresses, phone numbers and other information stored under each of the contacts in your mobile phone address book when these contacts are synced with your Introze account. Additionally, we may collect information that other Introze users provide about you when they use the Introze App, such as your contact information another Introze user may have for you in that user’s device.
If you chat with other Introzeusers, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.We may also collect additional information in connection with your use of the Introze App, such as comments, posts, messages, or any other data you share with an Introze user or several Introze users. We may also ask for permission to access your camera and photos only after you’ve provided us with the consent to do.
We collect information from your browser or mobile device when you use the Introze App. This information could include your IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by your device, access times, and your mobile device’s geographic location while our application is actively running.
Communication from Introze
We may communicate with you through email, notices posted on our website and on the Introze App, push notifications on the Introze App, and text messages. The communication will be sent in accordance with your account and messaging preferences you can set and change any time in your Introze Settings.
How we use the information we collect
In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf who will be obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us. Also, if you access the Introze Appfrom a third party social platform, such as Facebook, we may share non-personal information with that platform to the extent permitted by your agreement with it and its privacy settings.
With whom we share your information
Other users (and in the case of any sharing features available on Introze, the individuals or apps with whom an Introzeuser may choose to share you with) will be able to view information you have provided to us directly or through Facebook, such as your Facebook photo, any additional photos you upload, your first name and your last name if you’ve signed up through Facebook. If you accept an Introze invitation from one of your existing contacts to connect with a new contact, you will be able to chat with that new contact if they also accept the same introduction. If you chat with your new match, of course your match will see the content of your chat.
We may disclose your information, including personal information:
• In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
We may use and share non-personal information we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising on the Introze App and on websites or applications of third parties, and to analyze and report on advertising you see. We may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal informationcollected from other sources.

How you can access your information
Your choices about collection and use of your information
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of the Introze App because such information may be required in order for you to register as a user, send other users funds through the Introze App, participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes, or contact us.
The Introze Appmay also deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable these notifications by doing so in your Account Settings on the Introze Appor by changing the settings on your mobile device.
If you want to delete your Introze account or have any questions or requests, please contact us by emailing SupportTeam@introze.com. We will assist you in removing your active profile, but please note that we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we may retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you have a remaining credit or debt on your account, or if we believe you have been involved in fraudulent activity or have violated our terms and conditions, we may attempt to resolve the issue before deleting your information.
How we protect your personal information
We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Access to your data on the Introze App is password-protected. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through insecure email. There are never any guarantees that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of our physical or technical systems and safeguards. Additionally, it is your responsibility to protect the security of such login information, and you should never share your login information with anyone else. If we become aware of any security breaches related to the Introze App or to our website, you agree that our posting information on our website or in the Introze App regarding the breach is sufficient notice to you.
Introze does not intend for the Introze App to be accessed or used by individuals under the age of 18. The use of anyone under 18 is restricted, and by using the Introze App you represent that you are at least 18 years old and. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 18.
